Abstract
The topic of the communication effectiveness in urban space is analysed, examining examples of the interaction of different types of factors that aimed to improve the urban environment. An example of communication is considered to prove the put forward theory. The aim of the study is to form universal recommendations for building effective communication to improve urban space.
