Resumo
The article discusses the features of a new genre – consumer online reviews based on reviews of clothing items. An attempt has been made to clarify its place in the genre nomenclature of virtual genre studies. The linguistic and pragmatic features of the genre and its linguistic and creative potential were studied using representative material. A forecast of the prospects for its development is proposed.
