Abstract
the study reveals the dynamics of investment flows into the educational sector, taking into account macroeconomic fluctuations. A comprehensive analysis of financial investments demonstrates the dependence of the educational sector on the phases of recovery and recession, forming long-term trends in socio-economic development. The methodology includes a quantitative assessment of educational investments through the prism of cyclical processes in the economy. The results of the study show a significant correlation between the level of investment in education and qualitative changes in labor potential, reflected in production capabilities and the introduction of advanced technologies.
