Abstract

large-scale modernization of financial instruments of educational institutions is taking place in parallel with the introduction of advanced digital technologies, forming a new educational paradigm. An in-depth analysis of economic factors demonstrates their significant impact on educational opportunities and learning outcomes. Innovative methods of attracting investments, the rapid development of educational technology companies and the strengthening of cooperation between the public and commercial sectors create a fundamentally new architecture of the educational space.
