Abstract
this article presents a study of the development of modern quality management systems at enterprises. In the process of development, the concept of quality management included in its orbit all new tasks and elements of the production system, a complex of both theoretical and practical tools was formed, such as international standards, a certification system, a management audit system at the international and national levels. The need for an integrated approach to process automation is highlighted. The movement of information flows at the enterprise is unified, identified, registered, and the basis for the solution is official regulatory documents. This ensures that products and accompanying documentation meet the requirements of modern consumers. The importance of digital technologies for companies is analyzed and the advantages of creating their own software products in the Russian Federation are determined.
