Abstract
the article considers the main stages of the process of forming the environment of an innovative ecosystem of an industrial company and proposes an algorithm for selecting partners of the innovative environment. The proposed algorithm is aimed at solving the problem of selecting the best partners in the field of innovative development. The calculations of the final indicators of partner assessment are presented, produced on the basis of the proposed algorithm for the ecosystem within the framework of innovative technological development. A conclusion is made about the need to customize and detail the criteria for selecting and managing partners when creating a specific ecosystem of a certain scale in connection with the specifics of each individual industry and the characteristics of industry participants.
