Features of logistics cost management in micro, meso- and macrological systems in the context of anti-Russian sanctions

managing logistics costs in the context of anti-Russian sanctions is a complex task that requires taking into account the specifics at different levels of logistics systems: micro, meso and macro levels. The sanctions imposed against Russia have had a significant impact on the country's logistics sector. This created a number of problems, but also opened up opportunities for finding new solutions and adaptation. According to the results of the study, the peculiarities of logistics cost management in the context of anti-Russian sanctions at the micro, meso and macro levels were revealed. Microlevel: the need to find alternative suppliers and sales markets, the need to optimize stocks in conditions of shortage and replacement of suppliers and raw materials, the need to develop and implement domestic logistics technologies. Meso-level: the need to strengthen cooperation between companies in the supply chain in order to optimize routes and reduce costs, the need to update and develop logistics infrastructure at the regional level to adapt to new routes and conditions, the need for support from the state at the level of regional authorities for infrastructure development. Macro-level: the introduction of government measures to stimulate domestic production, export support, transport infrastructure development, government measures to strengthen trade and economic cooperation with China and other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), coordination of efforts of various sectors of the economy at the state level to minimize the negative effects of sanctions on logistics.
