Logistics for dispersed construction

the article discusses the improvement of the efficiency of dispersed construction through the use of logistic methods in the movement of various flows and the formation of material resources. The relevance of the article is due to the importance of the use of logistics in the construction industry, including dispersed construction. The purpose of the article is to consider the specifics of the application of logistics in dispersed construction. It is noted that the logistic approach makes it possible to optimize production processes. The use of logistics makes it possible to reduce the likelihood of some of the causes of technical, organizational and managerial failures. In case of dispersed construction, warehouses are needed to store technological equipment and building materials for construction work. In an on-site warehouse, it is also important to place materials, products and structures in relation to the object and with each other. The hypothesis of the article is that logistic methods make it possible to obtain economic effects in dispersed construction, despite difficulties in managing stocks (reserves) of material resources and material and technical values. The results presented in the article are that logistics allows for more efficient results in dispersed construction, despite its peculiarities. The research is based on methods of analysis and synthesis.
