Methods and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the management system. Results management

the article reveals a problem of results management. The purpose of the article is to consider the possibilities and effectiveness of the application of results-based management. The research objectives are to consider the main approaches to results-based management that are currently available in the scientific literature; to identify methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the management system. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach. The methods of the general scientific group were used in the work: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, as well as a formal logical approach. Based on the results, the author came to the conclusion that results management is a skill that allows both individual employees and organizations to set clear goals, track progress and make informed decisions based on data, which in turn contributes to the effective allocation of resources.
