Lean Management Strategies for Creative Organizations: Creacracy versus Bureaucracy
Abstract
The idea to change the traditional hierarchical structure of the company is emerging as a trend in global management practices of creative industries organizations. The experience of American and Western European companies in the "creative industry" shows that a democratic decision-making process promotes the active participation of employees in the life of the company. The topic of creative management, art management, and "lean" management gets a particularly relevant sound. Today, management experience has been accumulated, thanks to which schools, hospitals, creative organizations, design bureaus have been humanized by the talent of employees, vocation and creative achievements have been supported. The subject of research was determined by the growth and demand for companies in the "creative industry" that produce creative products in the socio-cultural, scientific, artistic, and technical fields. The classification of the UK Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) identifies 44 creative professions, including architecture, IT and video games, publishing, performing arts, crafts, design, advertising, jewelry. The study applied an innovative approach to the management sociology: the experience of creacracy was studied through the prism of culture, the value component of the work of organizations, on the methodological foundation of the "turquoise" philosophy. The study of creacracy culture is based on a set of techniques: value-structural analysis, secondary analysis, document analysis, comparative analysis. Realizing the purpose of the study, the authors theoretically comprehended the experience of modern creative unions and organizations of a non–bureaucratic type based on the foundation of the culture of creative management – creacracy. The authors defined this form of management as the management of organizations, an alternative to bureaucracy, corresponding to a culture based on the values of human-centricity, freedom, creativity, transparency, implemented on the principles of lean or understanding management in the practices of "happy" ("joyful") management of creative projects. A group of types of creacratic management has been formed: adhocratic, chaordic, halordic. With differences in the choice of management tactics, these types are united by the design of management strategies – delegation of authority, coordination, support, orientation towards self-government. This shows the human-centricity of creacratic management. A comparative analysis of bureaucratic and creacratic forms showed differences in values, setting and understanding goals, choosing leading managerial functions, management strategies and practices, and types of employees. The analytics presented in the research results are of practical importance for the heads of creative industries organizations choosing management strategies.

Modern student and science: a look at the problem
Abstract
The subject of the study is the attitude of students to the current state of Russian science. The object of the study is students of Russian universities. 529 students from universities in our country with a wide territorial coverage were interviewed, which allowed us to carefully study how students perceive science in our country, how they relate to this profession and whether they are ready to choose or abandon a potential career path in science. Special attention is paid to measures to support young scientists. The importance of student science is considered as a condition for the development of all Russian science and its scientific and technical sovereignty. The involvement of young people in the initial stages of higher education in the scientific environment is a priority, since students will later become scientists capable of strengthening and developing our state. The study was implemented through a survey in the form of a questionnaire. In the process of scientific research, the following methods were used: descriptive method; categorization method; analysis method, as well as a survey. The state is actively implementing various support measures for young researchers, intensifying scientific and educational activities at universities, and in the country as a whole. However, the period of lack of demand for the scientific sphere as a professional, changes in values among young people have left a significant imprint on the perception of the profession of a scientist as promising. Despite the measures taken, there is still a need to work in this direction. As one of the most significant vectors of development, it is necessary to consider the support and development of student science. This creates professional interest and will allow you to identify the most talented and enthusiastic students. The novelty and relevance of the research lies in the fact that during the implementation of the decade of science and technology in Russia and in the future, in order to involve students in research activities, it is important to know their attitude to science in order to take the necessary measures that will make the scientific environment the most desirable among young people.

Abstract
The object of the exploration is the studying youth as a social group, and the subject is the analysis of the motivation to have or not have children. The research objective is to identify the reproductive attitudes of students. The actuality of the research is due to the fact that in Russia, since 2017, the birth rate has begun to decline. The solution of the demographic crisis is becoming one of the paramount tasks of the government. Special attention is paid to the analysis of reproductive attitudes of studying youth and the assessment of its possible impact on social and demographic processes. Understanding the factors influencing the demographic situation will allow us to further develop more effective social programs to support young people in their positive decisions regarding parenthood. The research methods are a sociological survey conducted in the spring of 2024 (selection=145) among studying young people aged 16 to 29 years, and a secondary analysis of data from the research centers Public Opinion Foundation, All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion and Levada Center. The originality of the exploration is the studying the opinions and views of studying youth on issues of reproduction, which is especially important in the context of a declining birth rate. Of particular importance to the analysis is the comparison of the results last year's data and the identification of trends and changes. The results of the study are the reproductive attitudes of young people towards parenthood as difficult period of life. There is a decrease in the number of desired children from two to one and an increase in the optimal and "late" age for the birth of the first child. Young people do not give up parenthood, but prefer to postpone this period for a more favorable time.

Trust and the Russian Orthodox Church: the dependence of dynamics on the socio-political context and the problem of accurate measurement
Abstract
The subject of this article is the dynamics of change in the Russian society's trust in the Russian Orthodox Church in the period from 2009 to 2022. The article analyzes the data of the largest sociological services in Russia, studying the polls of the All-Russian Center for Public Opinion Research (WCIOM), the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM) and Levada Center* to trace the trends of fluctuations in the level of trust in the Russian Orthodox Church over the specified period of time. Along with studying the data of mass sociological surveys, it is noted that it is necessary to assess trust not only through sociological surveys, but also through in-depth interviews. This allows to identify to a greater extent the individual characteristics of respondents and their religiosity, which makes it possible to determine the true attitude to the Church, rather than the declared solidarity with a public institution with ties to the state. The study is based on the use of open sociological data and their comparative analysis, on the comparison of statistics and socio-political context. The article traces the connection between the dynamics of trust and the socio-political processes taking place in the country, as well as with the social work of the Church itself and its activities against the background of various scandals, public discussions and the problem of the fight against the pandemic COVID-19. Trust in the Russian Orthodox Church is subject to significant fluctuations, closely linked to the current socio-political agenda. Trust assessment should be conducted comprehensively, using quantitative and qualitative methods, in order to obtain a more complete and objective picture of Russian society's attitude towards the Church as a social institution.

The study of socio-demographic characteristics and professional strategies of graduate students of the Far East based on the results of a questionnaire survey
Abstract
This article presents the results of a questionnaire survey of the social well-being of graduate students of federal universities and scientific institutes in Vladivostok (Primorsky Krai) and Yakutsk (Sakha Republic). The purpose of the work is to identify problematic aspects of the professional realization of graduate students in the Far Eastern region, taking into account the point of view of the students themselves. The paper analyzes the basic educational characteristics of students in graduate school, their socio-demographic characteristics, as well as academic and career plans. Typical problems for postgraduate studies in the Far East are outlined. The conducted research confirms the problematic aspects of modern Russian postgraduate studies noted in most researches: weak financial support for graduate students, a significant proportion of those who refuse to make their PhD dissertations, uncertainty in the implementation of professional strategies. At the same time, it is noted that a considerable number of graduate students strive to ensure the staffing of educational and scientific institutions. A sociological mass online survey of students of universities and research institutes of the Far East, using the example of institutions in Vladivostok and Yakutsk. Our survey identified the socio-demographic characteristics that need to be taken into account when planning to improve the effectiveness of postgraduate education in the Far East and in Russia. The problematic aspects of the social well-being of graduate students noted by us, on the one hand, confirm the judgments of researchers about the typical difficulties of students in graduate school. On the other hand, in our opinion, there is a positive potential in graduate schools in the Far East, which can be used as a sure start to improve postgraduate education. Thus, our conclusions are substantially consistent with the results of the study made by A.V. Shapieva (it was conducted in 2021-2022 on the basis of Zabaikalsky State University): "... the presented analysis shows that the Far East faces a serious challenge... At the same time, educational organizations of higher education in the Far Eastern Federal District have significant potential..." [Shapieva, 2022: 175]. The continuation of our work should be the correlation of the data obtained during the survey with statistical studies of the state of Russian postgraduate studies in general and in certain regions.
