Resumo

In this article the author discusses the features of pre-school education and the problem of overcoming the arising difficulties. Considerable attention is paid to measures of the operation process of interaction between local authorities and pre-school institutions. The author touches the tasks of local governments of Odintsovo municipal district. The author describes the complex of measures on modernization of pre-school education in Odintsovo district.
