Abstract

Business communication is a critical component of the process of management. The quality of business communication depends on the level of understanding management teams. Of particular importance is the goal towards which sent the communication process. In the article the author analyzes four main objectives, the participants interact in the process of business communication as a final or intermediate, interpreting them with concise manner using expressions of folk wisdom.
