Abstract

Lately Russian agriculture has convincingly demonstrated the ability to develop even in difficult conditions, when other industries showed notable growth. This article analyzes the peculiarities of public-private partnership (PPP) in the sector of dairy production of agriculture by the example of Tyumen region. Authors emphasize the importance of state programs of agricultural development. Also, authors examine the proven and promising directions and forms of PPP development in the sphere of milk production and dairy products.
