Investments in fixed capital: trends and development factors
摘要
The article presents an analysis of the dynamics of the value of investments in fixed assets of the Russian Federation for the period of 2010-2019. The growing trend indicates the growth of investment activity in the Russian Federation. In the structure of investments, the largest share belongs to investments in buildings and structures, as well as in expenses for improving the lands of the Russian Federation. The final regression equation indicates the influence of own and borrowed funds on the growth of the gross regional product.

This article is devoted to the study of the Central Bank of Japan. The study focuses on the formation of the Bank of Japan and its structure at the present time. The paper highlights the stages of development of the Bank of Japan, examines its history and origin, and considers the legal status of the Bank of Japan. A comparison with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is carried out.

Assessment of influence factors on unemployment rate in Russia
摘要
The article presents the analysis of the dynamics of the number of unemployed in the Russian Federation. To build an econometric model, statistical data on 79 regions of the country were used. The resulting regression equation indicates a high correlation between the effective and factor indicators. The clustering results made it possible to identify four clusters with a similar state of unemployment.

The active implementation of digital technologies covers the whole world and industrial enterprises are no exception. For Russian companies, the concept of digital transformation is associated with the introduction of machine learning, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, robotics, augmented reality. As experts note, the greatest success in this direction is achieved by those companies that do not consider it as a set of individual initiatives, but as a comprehensive program of digitalization, affecting a whole complex of interrelated processes and changes in the company, resulting in the concept of quality 4.0.

The article considers the global and Russian history of the development of the concept of knowledge management. The practical focus and justification of guidelines and requirements in the field of knowledge management are defined in the international standard ISO 30401: 2018 (GOST R ISO 30401: 2020).
