Control and Supervision Ratio in the Russian Legal System
Resumo
The Russian legal system hasn't yet formulated the definitions of «control» and «supervision» that will clearly distinguish between the two concepts. As a result, the governing bodies have certain difficulties in implementing their powers. The paper considers the problem of control and supervision ratio in the legal system of Russia. The author analyzes the similarities and distinctions of the two concepts and makes an attempt to distinguish between them.


Role of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Mordovia in Civil Society Development
Resumo
The paper considers the role of the Public Chamber of Republic of Mordovia in the civil society development. In this connection the author analyzes the organization activities over the period of 2008-2012. The study shows that the Public Chamber of Republic of Mordovia is the main body managing the public activity of the region, urged to provide coordination of socially significant interests of citizens, organizations, federal and local authorities. Consequently, the Chamber's main goal is to find solutions for the major problems of economic and social development.


Administrative-Territorial Reform in Spain Over the 1970-80s

The paper describes the main events that occurred in Spain in connection with the death of general Franco. Particularly, the author focuses on the effects of this historical event on the current administrative-territorial division of the state regarded. The author also emphasizes the interrelation of occurring events with the history of Spain and considers various viewpoints on this matter.






The Impact of the Soviet Local Government System on the Current State of the Russian Federation’s Local Government

The paper considers some historical aspects of Russian local government development. Particularly, the author focuses on the impact of the Soviet local administration system on the modern Russian local government system. The study has been carried out by means of a comparative analysis of the relevant Soviet legislative provisions and modern Russian legislation. Other relevant legislative and research sources have been taken into consideration as well.

In this connection the author formulates a definition of the standard contract. A conclusion is drawn that the regulating function of the standard contract pulls it together with laws and other regulations.

The paper deals with the history of Russian private law formation and development. The authors consider the main directions of the modern private law development. A conclusion is drawn that the legal fixing of private law should be based on the legal sources showing the specifics of this type of public relations.
