The article deals with evolution of the concept "state". In this connection, the author analyzes the methodological approaches of G. Hegel, K. Marx and М. Weber. Consequently, the study presents some conclusions on the current state of the concept "state".

Considering the theory of urban political regime, the author analyzes the list of conditions and factors for its successful formation and development in Russian cities. Particularly, the study focuses on the three Russian cities: Sochi, Ufa, and Chelyabinsk. The analysis is based on the data taken from various ratings and statistics.


On development of civil society in rural area
Resumo
The paper analyzes the formation and development of civil society in rural areas of Russia. The author searches into the origins of low civic activity of Russia’s rural population. The study is based the data on non-bank financial companies’ activities in the Republic of Mordovia and other regions of the Volga Federal District. As a result, the author draws a conclusion about a lack of government attention to the problem regarded.




Methodological basis of research of the white movement ideology in works of Ivan Ilyin
Resumo
The article presents the synthesized methodological approach to understanding the essence of the White ideology and its role in the modernization processes of Russia. The authors demonstrate the patriotic nature of the White idea in the philosopher’s interpretation. Consequently, the study proves the patriotic discourse of Ivan Ilyin to be a contact middle-range theory.


On defining the legitimacy level of current political power in the Russian Federation

The article considers the issues of defining the legitimacy level of political power. In this connection, the author analyzes some parameters that influence the power legitimacy level. Considering the empirical data of modern Russia, the author draws a conclusion on the feedback, being the key factor that has an effect on the process of political power legitimation.






Integration processes in the post-soviet space: problems and prospects

The article studies the current state of integration processes on the post-Soviet territory. In this connection, the author states the problems and suggests some strategies to improve integration. Particularly, the author considers creating of the Eurasian Union to be the most promising project.
