The role and place of cluster policy in regional development

Аннотация

The article presents existing approaches to the interpretation of the definition of «cluster policy». The study found the most common view of the majority of authors in cluster policy as the actions of public authorities at all levels to support the processes of clustering of the economy to enhance the competitiveness of the territorial system. The author identified the characteristics of the cluster, revealing its essential foundations.
