Abstract
The specifics of the economic and geographical location of the Omsk agglomeration are considered. The main conceptual provisions of the spatial development of the Omsk agglomeration for the future are substantiated. The conceptual proposals are based on the specifics of the socio-economic, including transport and infrastructure development of the territory.
Damage Assessment of Hydrometeorological Hazards on the Territory of the Republic of Mordovia
Abstract
The results of the assessment of damages caused by dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena on the territory of the Republic of Mordovia are considered. It is found that almost every year up to 13% of the region are affected by different phenomena of this kind. The main effects of the adverse impact are identified and the total damage in actual and material terms for 2001-2018 is calculated.
Economic Growth of National Economy as a Factor of Sustainable Development of the Country
Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the interdependence of economic growth and sustainable development. Preparation of Input Data for Calculation of Flood Zones on the Territory of the Republic of Mordovia
Abstract
The article presents the results of the first stage of research to determine the zones of flooding on waterlogging on the territory of the Republic of Mordovia. Having analyzed relevant theoretical, cartographic and Internet sources, the authors compiled summary tables with general data and additional information on the watercourses of ten sites within the settlements of Ruzaevsky, Staroshaygovsky and Kochkurovsky municipal districts of the Republic.
Using GIS Technologies for Analysis of Agricultural Land Use of the Republic of Mordovia
Abstract
The article presents an overview of the commissioning of unused lands with the use of multispectral images of remote sensing data of the Earth. Data on agricultural land use are analyzed, and a characteristic of the state of sown areas of the Republic of Mordovia is compiled. The author analyzed data taken from the Geoanalytical Centre of the Republic of Mordovia, the Unified State Register of Real Estate, and the State Cadastral Valuation of Land Plots.
