The manuscript should describe the main, full and previously unpublished findings of new economic studies not to be submitted to other journals.
It could include the regular sections about the relevancy of the study, its theoretical, methodological, and practical value, methods of research and their novelty, findings and conclusions, possible further research.
Each section should have its title in bold letters.
The Editorial Board of the Journal would highly recommend the authors to follow an internationally recognized IMRaD format (Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion).
The authors who submit their manuscripts guarantee that they observe all ethical codes of publications and rules of law.
- Title of the article and its section
The title consists of max. 10–12 words. It should be concise, informative, written in a scientific style, include key words which reveal the topic of the research and the content of the work and underline the scientific novelty and value of the study.
- Metadata
The Editorial Board of the Journal prepares a Manuscript Sample with the proper format for metadata. Do not send any metadata in a separate file!
Russian metadata of each manuscript should include:
− UDC, LBC identifiers, and JEL Code;
− manuscript title;
− first name, patronymic name (if any), surname of the author (co-authors);
− SPIN Code (RSCI), Author ID (RSCI), other identifiers of the authors, if any (e.g., Researcher ID; Scopus Author ID);
− e-mail;
− affiliation;
− abstract;
− key words.
Details about the author (co-authors) are given separately: surname, first name, patronymic name (if any); academic degree, academic rank; position, organization – place of work (country, postal code, city, street, building); e-mail.
English metadata and the details about the author (co-authors) include the same points.
Submission requirements for affiliation

If the name and the address of the organization are to be translated into English, check the name and the address of the organization in the Charter of the organization and its official websites (e.g., refer to Реrm State University rather than to Perm State National Research University).
If the address is given in English, follow the English style rules and write the details in the following order (with proper punctuation marks): number of the building, street, city, postal code, country (e.g., 15, Bukireva st., Perm, 614990, Russia).

The abstract contains 200–250 words. The abstract should be split into sections within one paragraph: Introduction, Purpose, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion.
The abstract should not echo the title of the article. The abstract should not repeat the manuscript.
Avoid any references in the abstract, as well as any abbreviations which are only defined in the full text of the manuscript. Abbreviations and contractions should be given in full in the abstract.
The abstract is the main and primary source of information about the article that is why its quality determines the interests of the readers to the manuscript and other studies of the author (co-authors).
Submission requirements for key words
Each article is accompanied with the key words (5 - 10 words or phrases in singular and nominative case) which fully reflect the content of the manuscript. A key phrase could have no more than three words.
Key words guide the readers and help find the articles in electronic bases, that is why they should reflect the area, topic, purpose, and the object of the research.
- Submission requirements for a manuscript
Make sure a manuscript complies with the sample.
It is recommended to use the authors’ surnames, first letters of the names, and the article title (e.g., IvanovP.А._article.docx).
