NATATOMETER – CORRECTION OF SWIMMING TECHNIQUE BASED ON AVAILABLE OPERATIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT INTRACYCLE SPEED

Resumo
The purpose of the study is to develop and test the NATATOMETRY™ system within the framework of exploratory experiments, aiming to ensure the affordability and ease of use of the technical devices included in the system.
Research methods and organization. Sport-pedagogical testing was employed, along with the interpretation of the collected data utilizing specialized computer software. The study involved four swimmers who were candidates for master of sports. They performed swims using four different swimming styles at varying speeds.
Research results and conclusions. The obtained results demonstrated the effectiveness and reliability of the developed system. It is recommended to conduct further research involving a larger number of athletes and coaches to expand the use of the system and enhance data processing capabilities.
