Abstract
The problems of cold storage technology milk products are considered in the paper. .
Low-temperature regimes of refrigeration freezing and storage of milk products (butter rennet and processed cheeses, cottage cheest allowing to increase their storage life an presented. Data about the developed rates о consumption of refrigeration in production am storage of milk and milk products are included.
