Estimation of Some Admissible Deviations from Design Size and Location of Structural Elements of Quick-Release Fasteners of Natural Gas Cleaning Filter Separators

Abstract

An estimation of admissible deviations of size and location of structural elements of quick-release fasteners of natural gas cleaning filter separators from the design is given. A generalized computational model for analyzing stress-strain state and strength of cheeks of securing unit of quick-release fasteners with deviations is substantiated. Stress-strain and strength analysis revealed insufficient strength margin of the cheeks in the most stressed section. A method is proposed for strengthening the cheeks without disassembling the securing unit, which ensures the required strength margin in this section.
