Abstract

This article describes one of the most effective forms of management of a modern medical institution - a meeting on the organization of management and quality of medical aid. The meeting is held once in a quarter for the improvement of management quality, better continuity between the departments, the organization of the activities of the organization in accordance with the requirements of standards ISO of a series 9001 and is an effective tool for transformation, significantly improves the performance of a medical institution, as well as allow superior integration of the individual processes in a single system.
