Abstract
Recent studies have shown the frequency of atherosclerosis and its complications in chronic diffuse glomerulonephritis [2, 7]. This disease is often accompanied by a violation of lipid metabolism. It has been shown that all forms of chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) are characterized by hypercholesterolemia, hyper-b-lipoproteidemia, as well as an increase in total lipids, hypertriglyceridemia [5, 6]. The influence of hyperlipemia on the development of atherosclerosis and its complications, mainly thrombosis, is well known, which also largely depends on microcirculatory disorders.
