Abstract
Knaus sees in the influence of the posterior lobe of the pituitary gland on the pregnant uterus, which in the first months of pregnancy is inhibited by the corpus luteum as an antagonist of the pituitary gland. The author observed the effect of pituitary preparations on the rabbit at different periods of pregnancy (duration of normal. Ber. 32 days) and notes that between 1-17 days we take, even the maximum doses did not have any effect on the uterus; from 18-22 days, pregnancy was terminated due to hemorrhage in the mortality, membrane, - from 29-32 days labor began even with the introduction of minimal doses of pituitary preparations.
