Abstract

The conference was devoted to the issue of factors affecting human growth. Prof. Stive in the report "The importance of heredity for human growth" pointed out that although growth depends on the species and race, yet the size of growth and the curve of increasing the body in height depends not only on the hereditary predisposition, but also on environmental conditions, on nutrition and on physical activity of a person.
