Abstract
As a result of the law of 27 / VI 1936, the growth in the birth rate in our country increased especially sharply. For example, in Moscow in 5 months 196 (from 1 / I to 1 / VI) 30,170 children were born, during the same time in 193 56,398 were born, that is, there is an increase of 87%. In Leningrad, during the same months in 1936, 21,980 children were born, and in 1937, 39.79) children, that is, an increase of 55%.
