Abstract
The difficulties in diagnosing respiratory diseases are well known. As IK Esipova points out, they are due to the fact that the lungs, as a certain physiological and anatomical system, react with stereotypical reactions to various etiological factors, and this stereotypicity often erases the boundaries of nosological forms.
