Abstract
The aim of this study was to study the frequency and severity of hemodynamic changes in different nosological forms of disseminated lung processes, as well as to assess their role in the pathogenesis and outcome of the disease. 363 patients with disseminated processes in the lungs and 20 healthy adults were examined. Most of them (86%) were aged between 20 and 60 years, with a predominance of women (63%). Electrocardiography, kinetocardiography and integral body rheography were performed to study haemodynamics, and bicycle ergometry was used to investigate the effects of exercise.
