Abstract
Quite a few articles and books have been written about the vagus kidney. And nevertheless, this question is of keen interest in our days. The vagus kidney has always attracted the attention of clinicians by the unclear etiological aspects and the uncertainty of clinical symptoms. Diagnosis of this suffering, simple in most cases when the kidney is palpable, has become possible in our time in the most obscure cases. Only thanks to contrast radiography, the diagnosis of a drooping kidney has become firmly established.
