Abstract
The more we study the pathology of tuberculosis, the more we become convinced of the role and importance of old tuberculosis foci. We know for a fact that a person from childhood carries a charge of TB infection. In the hilus glands, the latent process can still be exacerbated for life. The old, long-lasting shallowness glands are often the source of new, fresh manifestations of tuberculosis in childhood.
