Abstract
The Central Tuberculosis Institute of the RSFSR has been improving TB doctors by extramural training for 2 years. The incentive to use this method of tuberculosis personnel training was the decree of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (b) "On Medical Personnel Training". (August 1931).
