New indications for surgical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract

Herms' article should be of interest to the phthisiatricians of our Union for the very reason that the views of the author and the new measures he recommends coincide in many respects with the premises and practice that have been expressed and used in our country over the past years with almost the same indications and the same surgical methods of treatment (Prozorovskaya sanatorium - Stoyko, tubinstitutes - Einis, Garmson).
