Abstract
The information available to date on the microchemical detection of aa substances specific to the disease. are given in the form of three theses: 1) when blood clotting, these substances are adsorbed by fibrin, 2) they are found in serum and, when precipitated with trichloroacetic acid, pass into a precipitate, and 3) specific substances found in tuberculosis individuals are also present in the trichloroacetic precipitate of Koch's alttuberculin.
