Abstract
The keynote presentation was presented by V. Putti. Osteoarticular tuberculosis is a secondary and local manifestation of visceral and mainly pulmonary tuberculosis. Now there is no longer any debate about the importance of climatic treatment, while experience has proven the problematic nature of the specific action of radiant solar energy and its surrogates. As with all stimulatory treatments, climatotherapy leads to habituation (“saturation”) of the body. Hence follows the consideration of the advisability of alternation of climatic stimuli.
