Роль биогенных аминов в гипоталамической регуляции репродуктивной функции

Аннотация
В настоящем обзоре представлены сведения о моноаминергических системах, участвующих в гипоталамической регуляции репродуктивной функции, а также о роли каждой из этих систем в регуляции синтеза и секреции гонадолиберина. Приведены данные об участии стероидных гормонов яичников, супрахиазматических ядер гипоталамуса, где расположен центральный осциллятор суточных ритмов организма млекопитающих, а также гормона эпифиза мелатонина в формировании репродуктивных циклов.
Рассматриваются результаты собственных исследований и литературные данные, касающиеся роли суточных ритмов активности моноаминергических систем гипоталамуса в центральной регуляции репродуктивной функции.
