Роль бактериальных пленок в формировании хронических патологических процессов во влагалище и эндометрии

Аннотация
Проблемы микробных биопленок актуальны для всех областей медицины. При нарушении экосистемы влагалища формируется хорошо структурированная полимикробная пленка, покрывающая вагинальный эпителий и состоящая из анаэробных бактерий, что приводит к рецидивирующему течению бактериального вагиноза. При восходящей инфекции и развитии хронического эндометрита бактериальные пленки выявляются в эндометрии. Образование биопленок бактериями мочеполовой системы приводит к нарушению репродуктивной функции женщин, к неудачным попыткам ЭКО, развитию осложнений и неблагоприятных исходов беременности. В статье представлен обзор литературы, касающийся причин образования бактериальных пленок, способов их выявления и лечения биопленкообразующих инфекций.
