Abstract
In the first chapter, the author gives an overview of the literature on the issue: some (Heschl, F. Kilian, Spiegelberg, Bernstein, Voytsukhovskiy) define postnatal involution as fatty degeneration of its muscles, other (Bobin, Mayor, Kölliker and others. muscles with complete destruction of some elements, the third (Sänger) - as atrophy and fatty degeneration of muscles without death of elements.
