Abstract
The practical course "Methods of gene engineering" is organized for Master students involved in different education programs, including the program "Ecological genetics". The course includes the training in the field of plasmid construction that is very useful for work in different areas of molecular biology. In this paper the annotation and program of course "Methods of gene engineering" are presented.
