The scientific journal "Innovative Instrumentation" is one of the periodical scientific publications of the Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (SUAI). The journal has been published since 2022.

The scientific peer-reviewed journal "Innovative Instrumentation" is published by SUAI in order to reflect the results of research, scientific-practical and experimental activities of actively working scientists - doctors and candidates of sciences, young researchers actively engaged in scientific and innovative activities both in the field of instrumentation and related fields.

The main mission of the journal is to focus on its pages the main achievements of domestic and world university and industry science in the field of developing new technologies in instrumentation in order to ensure a professional dialogue between its authors and readers and identify the potential for breakthrough innovations, as well as reflect related issues of a multidisciplinary nature. The editorial board of the journal “Innovative Instrument Engineering” includes academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, leading Russian scientists and highly qualified specialists.
