Dear colleagues!
The scientific journal, the online publication "Ufa Humanitarian Scientific Forum", founded and published by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Ufa University of Science and Technology", is conceived as a foresight project aimed at creating an authoritative scientific discussion platform designed to find answers to global challenges in the socio-humanitarian sphere caused by the non-linear development of engineering and technology and irreversible changes in the natural environment.
The development of the global economy in the 21st century clearly demonstrates, against the background of time "compression", new trends in the transformation of socio-economic systems caused by The exponentially growing information and technetronic revolutions, the knowledge-value revolution, are shaping a new technological order with a coherent influence on society. It is clear that the linear model of global development has exhausted itself. In this regard, the brewing conflict between the techno-nature sphere and the socio-cultural environment is becoming a fundamental scientific problem, thereby outlining the limits of the harmonious development of modern civilization as a planetary model for the future world order. It has become obvious that for humanity to adapt to new conditions, it is necessary to fundamentally transform the process of socio-economic development, changing many of the universal values, goals, and moral guidelines formed in the current model of unsustainable development.
The humanitarian mission of social science on the threshold of post-industrial society lies in the formation of scientific thinking and fundamental research in the specialized subject area adequate to new planetary challenges. Scientific research is needed to define the philosophical foundations of the new society; political economic research of the new, digitalized economy, which, at the same time, has its own historical traditions; scientific analysis of the transformation of society, the modern appearance of which is "scanned" by sociological science. An important and little-studied factor in the nonlinear development of the technosphere is the role of knowledge, which, when implemented in a product, determines its level, consumer properties and characteristics, or its ability to meet growing human needs. It is knowledge that has given rise to cognitive technologies, which, within the sixth technological paradigm, through the use of self-learning artificial intelligence (AI) systems, are making inroads into areas where previously there was no alternative to human labor. Preventing a dichotomy between technological progress and culture is crucial for the self-identification of the sociocultural code of human civilization in the new coordinates of globalization. Therefore, scientific research into the humanistic and rational "measurement" of technological progress is also a highly pressing scientific task.
Thus, the pages of the journal "UGNF" will reflect research materials on current issues in the humanities, summarizing their current achievements and discussing promising areas in economics, history, law, sociology, philosophy and other social sciences, which will allow specialists to become familiar with the most pressing scientific problems, including those of an interdisciplinary nature. We believe such joint research is most significant for determining the main vectors of development of the humanities sector of Russian science, since the multifaceted and multidisciplinary nature of research reflects modern trends in the convergence and cognitive nature of modern scientific knowledge. Thus, modern political economy, which forms the scientific economic basis for the transformation of socio-economic systems, is inseparable from the history of development and genesis of human society.
A scientific explanation of the behavioral characteristics of a modern individual, especially future bearers of the socio-cultural code of humanity, is impossible without a deep philosophical analysis combined with sociological research that “scans” modern society across many vectors of its development.
In addition, the relevance and scale of the scientific problems brought to the platform of our scientific forum, are determined, as numerous studies in the specified subject area show, by the high degree of uncertainty in terms of preserving the humanitarian values of world civilization in the coordinates of the algorithmic model of the economy developing on the basis of new technological paradigms, the complexity and scale of the tasks of scientific knowledge in the context of large-scale informatization of the economy and society.
The combination of these factors, which are of a fundamental nature, makes the presented scientific journal unique and deserving the active participation of the Russian scientific community.
