Previously unpublished articles in Russian and English are accepted for consideration.

We use the online submission of articles (please see the submission button). The author can  upload the text of the manuscript and additional materials, enter an annotation to the text, and also confirm his agreement with the publishing offer agreement.

Author's Guide

When preparing your manuscript, please see the publication ethics of the journal, deposit policy, as well as the requirements and recommendations below:

1. Recommended article volume: 30 000-40 000 characters (~ 20 pages). For some headings (book reviews, encyclopedia) the recommended volume is 7 000 -15 000 characters (~5-10 pages).

The text of the article should contain sections and subsections.

The main text is preceded by an abstract - a short summary of the content of the article (200-300 words), keywords (5-8 words).

The manuscript of the article is submitted in one file and must consist of the title, name and surname of the author (authors), information about the authors in the footnote (place of work, academic degree, academic title, position and email address), annotations, keywords, then - from sections of the article, list of references.

If the article was prepared with the financial support of a foundation / organization, then this should be indicated in a footnote to the title of the article.

When submitting an article, the content of the abstract is duplicated in the corresponding field. If necessary, additional materials (for example, photographs, drawings, transcripts, videos, etc.) are uploaded in the appropriate field. Additionally, in a separate file, you must specify the author's identifiers, if any, namely: RSCI (Author ID), ORCID ID and Reseacherid. These identifiers will be important after the article is published to ensure linking of publications.

At the request of the author, a photo of the author can be placed at the beginning of the article. It must be attached to the "additional materials" in the electronic edition when the article is uploaded and named by the template: author's photo_surname (for example: photo_Ivanov.jpg).

The right of authorship belongs to the authors of articles. The authors transfer the rights to use the article (including the use and distribution of an article in the Open Access) to the publisher of the journal on a non-exclusive license (Publishing Agreement (Public Offer)).

Acceptance of the terms of this agreement by the author is considered to be the transfer of materials to the editorial office through the official website of the journal ("Submit the manuscript ") or via e-mail of the editorial office.

Materials of the journal is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

• Были удалены имена авторов из заголовка статьи и выполнены другие требования документа Обеспечение Анонимности при Рецензировании.
