Аннотация
The new American economic policy emphasizes economic security priorities, including efforts to ensure greater autonomy and resilience in key supply chains. Considerable effort is dedicated to partial ‘decoupling’ from China in strategic industries such as semiconductors and critical minerals. The Biden administration actively fosters scientific and industrial cooperation within bilateral and multilateral alliances in the Asia-Pacific region.
