Abstract

В контексте третьего издания Белой книги по физической и реабилитационной медицине в Европе, физическая и реабилитационная медицина - это основная медицинская специальность, отвечающая за профилактику, медицинскую диагностику, лечение и реабилитацию лиц всех возрастов с инвалидизирующими нарушениями и их сопутствующими заболеваниями, в частности, устранение таких нарушений и ограничений активности в целях содействия их физическому и когнитивному функционированию (включая поведение), участию (включая качество жизни) и изменению личностных факторов и факторов окружающей среды. Чтобы прийти к этому определению ФРМ, необходимо рассмотреть описание этого понятия. Необходимо отметить несколько фундаментальных аспектов, а именно функционирование, инвалидность и реабилитацию. Эти определения представлены в настоящей главе и включают в себя: - Функционирование: все действия, выполняемые человеческими организмами и людьми. В МКФ термин «функционирование» используется с точки зрения сфер функционирования, и эти сферы разделены на величину функций и структур тела, деятельности и участия; - Инвалидность: проблема при выполнении человеком действий, которые он или она должен и хочет сделать, проявляющаяся во влиянии основного нарушения здоровья - болезни, травмы или даже старения - на его или ее производительность в его или ее фактической среде. - Реабилитация: комплекс мер, направленных на помощь людям с ограниченными возможностями в достижении и поддержании оптимального функционирования во взаимодействии со своей средой. В определении инвалидности МКФ четко различаются проблемы, которые полностью вызваны основным нарушением (способность) здоровья из-за проблем, возникающих в результате взаимодействия между способностью, окружающей средой и личностными факторами (производительность). В данной статье рассматриваются все эти понятия, необходимые для понимания стратегии ФРМ для оценки инвалидности и реализации мер, которые могут привести к улучшению функционирования и здоровья.
