Acceptance of audiovisual products' legal deposit for storage: the State Television and Radio Fund's experience
Abstract
The State Television and Radio Fund's experience in audiovisual products legal deposit accepting for storage is considered in comparison with State Film Archive of Russia (Gosfilmofond), Russian State Film and Photo Archive, and the State Archive of the Republic of Tatarstan as major repositories of audiovisual products legal deposits at the federal and regional levels.

Abstract
The results obtained as part of a survey of state archives of the Russian Federation and organizations in the main areas of work with electronic audiovisual documents (acquisition, preservation, accounting, use, software) are considered. Certain points in their practical work are highlighted that are of interest for the study of problems of electronic audiovisual documents as objects of archival storage.

Methodological recommendations for exhibiting archival documents: features of preparation, characteristics of structure and content
Abstract
The “Methodological recommendations for exhibiting archival documents” created by VNIIDAD is considered. The lack of unified methodological approaches in archival institutions exhibition activities required the development of a single unified methodology for exhibiting archival documents, taking into account the modern legislation of the Russian Federation and recent years’ experience accumulated in the exhibition activities of state and municipal archives, libraries, museums and research institutions. The “Methodological recommendations” structure related the creation stages of archival documents and museum objects exhibition, the online exhibitions specifics and features, exhibits preservation and insurance during exhibitions in the Russian Federation and abroad is presented.

Abstract
The experience of developing a List of documents created in activities of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russian Federation and its subordinate organizations, indicating storage periods, is analyzed. The relevance of the development of a modern List of documents and the scale of work on its creation are justified, taking into account the diversity of organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russian Federation. The formation and activities of a working group called to discuss and test the draft List of documents are considered.

Abstract
The relevance of clear requirements development in organizing document management during the period of general digitalization is justified. The top regulations formulating document management requirements over the last century are analyzed. The continuity in maintaining certain principles and general rules is noted.
