Abstract

The article discusses the methods of surgical treatment of deep endometriosis and the effect of surgical treatment on fertility. To date, there is no standardized approach to the treatment of deep endometriosis. Due to the variety of symptoms, an individual approach is needed in treatment, which takes into account the nature of the lesion and the patient’sdesires. The choice between first-line surgery and ART is difficult, and doctors must consider various factors, including the patient’sage, severity of symptoms, ovarian reserve, and individual risk factor.
