Abstract

A live fetus combined with a hydatidiform mole is an extremely rare pathology in obstetric practice. Such pregnancies are associated with a high risk of both obstetric complications and fetal pathology. Current experience in managing pregnant women with a hydatidiform mole is very limited, being represented by publications of isolated observations. We present the second part of the analysis of our own clinical experience in managing pregnant women with a live fetus combined with a hydatidiform mole with an unfavorable pregnancy outcome.
