Abstract
The article is devoted to the perspective directions and problems of development of electronic training, and also to its role in the expansion of the international market of educational services. One of the purposes of the article is to analyse, how the education system of, in particular Russia and the countries of the European Union must change so that each person could become the independent manager of the training and professional work.
