Abstract
This paper analyses the idiom game that frequently appears in modern newspapers of Russia and China. It contributes to our understanding of the similarity and difference of the newspaper languages used in Russian and Chinese modern newspapers, so that we can further strengthen our mutual understanding and cooperation in culture exchange.
