Аннотация
The article looks at the cases of vagueness in legal texts. Vagueness itself as an integral part of any language can be traced at its different levels including lexical, grammar and other ones. It is generally recommended to avoid cases of vagueness in legal texts for the sake of their transparency and uniformity in further interpretation and understanding as context will not be of any help to lift the problem of misunderstanding.
